Sync across devices
How your scripts stay current on phone, tablet, desktop, and web.
Sync keeps every script current across the devices you're signed in on. Write on your phone on the train, open your laptop at home, and the draft is already there.
Where your words wait depends on the device. On iPhone and iPad a change is written to the device first and sent second. The Mac app keeps anything not yet sent on that Mac until it arrives. A browser does not queue for later: saving needs a connection, and a failed save parks a rescue copy on that one computer only. Sync in the guidebook has the detail, including what happens when two devices change the same scene.
On the Mac, Settings › Sync has Live sync, on by default. It refreshes the open script when it changes on another device.
