Upgrade
Effective immediately. We pro-rate the new tier from today through the end of your current billing window; the difference shows on your next invoice.
Downgrade
Effective at the end of your current billing window — you keep the higher tier through the period you've already paid for. No refunds for unused days; no early-cancel penalty either.
Cancel
Account → Plan → Cancel. Same flow. You keep the paid tier through the end of the period, then drop to Free. Your scripts stay; the upgrade-only features turn off.
Receipts
Every charge generates a Paddle invoice. Account → Billing → Invoices.
