For as long as Arqo runs: the editor, unlimited scripts, sync across every device, FDX / Fountain / PDF, and every feature of your tier at that tier's limits. No monthly fee, ever.

For 36 months from purchase:
After 36 months: AI keeps working with your own API key (BYOK) or a token pack. Nothing else changes. You are never moved to a subscription.
Not included: Arqo Max writers'-room seats, which are sold per seat when Max ships.
Refunds: 14 days, no questions, through Paddle. A refund or chargeback ends the licence.
Price: in US dollars. Local tax may be added at checkout, and the total is always shown before you pay.

Why one payment
Screenwriters have always bought their tools once. Final Draft, Fade In, Scrivener, Slugline: pay, own it, write. Cloud tools broke that habit because sync and AI cost money every month. So this licence prices the part that costs us every month honestly, for 36 months, and gives you everything else for as long as we exist.
It is also how the launch gets paid for. 500 founders cover our infrastructure for years. In return you get a price nobody after launch will see, a badge nobody after launch can earn, and a direct line to the two people building it.
Questions
Is this a lifetime deal?
We don't use that word, because part of it has a date. The tier and sync last as long as Arqo does. The included AI allowance lasts 36 months, then continues on your own key or with packs. Both halves are written above, in the same size as the price.
What if Arqo shuts down?
Your scripts are Fountain and FDX underneath and export at any time, on every tier, including Free. A licence for as long as Arqo runs means exactly that, and your work was never locked in to begin with.
Can I upgrade Pro to Studio later?
While seats remain, buy the Studio licence and reply to your welcome email; we refund the Pro one. After the window closes, Studio is a normal subscription on top.
