    Boilerplate

Copy any of these directly. Each is a single paragraph cleared for publication.

    50 words

Arqo is a screenwriting app built for writers who refuse to be replaced. Founded 2026. Mobile-first, Fountain-native, beat-structured. Iv has memory, not ambitions — it will not write your dialogue. Nothing without the writer.

    100 words

Arqo is a screenwriting app founded in 2026 on the premise that an assistant should amplify a writer, not substitute for one. The product is built around four public vows: never write the writer's work for them, never sell the writer's work to anyone, never tell a studio the tool replaces a writer, and say what we believe in public and live with the cost. Arqo publishes a no-list — specific features it refuses to build regardless of competitive pressure. The writer is the engine. Arqo is the amplifier. WGA-aligned by design.

    200 words

Arqo is a screenwriting application founded in 2026. It runs on any device, works offline, speaks Fountain natively, and exports lossless Final Draft (.fdx) and industry-format PDF. The beats board, real-time collaboration (in development), and version history are all built in.

The screenwriting software landscape has not materially changed since Final Draft launched in 1990. Most tools were built for dedicated desktop writing rooms. The assistive additions arriving since 2023 have largely served studios, not writers — auto-generating scenes, producing coverage without a human in the loop, and pitching themselves to productions as a way to reduce headcount. Arqo's founding position is the opposite. Iv carries memory of the writer's work — characters, props, structure — and uses that memory to answer questions and surface the writer's own material. It does not generate dialogue, does not autocomplete scenes, and does not produce anything in a voice the writer did not write first.

The intelligence and production engines underlying Arqo are developed by JMNPR Labs. Arqo is the writer-facing surface: the editor, the documents, the collaboration layer, the brand.
